Steve Schlecht heads up the Outbound Fulfillment organization leveraging 10 years of leadership experience, having held positions within start-ups and large-cap companies operating in industries ranging from CPG, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment.
In addition to his current position, Steve has experience in the selection, management, and turnaround of 3PLs as a consultant and operator in industry with history of reducing 3PL operating costs by >$3.2 million.
Outbound Fulfillment's DTC and Retail logistics services is backed by experience managing >$100 million in inventory and shipments for brands going to the big box stores like Walmart, Target, and Walgreens.
We are confident we can provide the same service we performed for large brands and expected of our 3PL providers when we were in your shoes.
