Steve Schlecht heads up the OutBND Fulfillment organization leveraging 10 years of leadership experience, having held positions within start-ups and large-cap companies operating in industries ranging from CPG, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, and fulfillment. In addition to his current position, Steve has experience in the selection, management, and turnaround of 3PLs as a consultant and operator in industry.
